Great accomplishment!

Friends invited us to go boating with them at Ceasers Creek and Ady decided to try to knee board...and she got it...and was GOOD at it!  She had so much fun and was a natural on the water!

It is time for fall sports and Bryn has kicked it off with travel soccer.  She is doing really well and having a lot of fun!  Adelyn can be found waiting for me to take her fishing...she has her fishing pole, tackle box, and bait (hotdogs) all ready.  There is a fishing pond at the park where Bryn practices, so Ady has a great time catching bass and blue gill!

First day of 2nd and 3rd grade!

Quick stop at Atlanta then Florida bound!

We had possibly the most interesting, drama filled vacation but it may go down as our favorite beach vacation yet! We started off in Atlanta for a few days while Kyle attended a conference.  While there, we hung out at the pool and visited the Coca Cola Museum.  That was sooooo cool!  You can see that Bryn was wild and crazy and picked (out of anything in the whole place to drink) WATER!  Adelyn was in heaven...she loves POP!  She did not leave the place thirsty.  Neatest thing? We got to taste the different Coke varieties in several other countries!

When we finally made it to Siesta Key, we fell in love with our condo as well as the fact we had a chair/umbrella guy to service us on our private beach!  As our daily routine, you would find Bryn riding the waves while Ady dug in the sand and rode her new dolphin friend.  We also took a couple hikes to a place called Point of Rocks...where we wildly climbed walls and rocks to find some of the rarest prettiest shells you'll ever see! 

Bryn turned 9!!

Bryn had several friends attend her birthday party and we had a blast!  She later sent her friends a thank you note using the gifts she received!  

Bryn's week at Basketball camp!

Ooops, she did it again!  She dominated basketball camp winning daily competitions at free throws, Knock out, and even won the entire group dance off among all the 3rd-8th graders!  She came home each day having tons of fun and her passion for the game just oozing out of her bones!  Here she is pictured winning the 3rd grade Free Throw trophy and a group pic of all the girls that went to camp!

Adelyn + Safety Town = Best thing EVER!

 Adelyn loved her week at safety town where she learned traffic rules, stranger danger, made a (pretend!) call to 911, took a field trip to the fire house, rode in the back of a police car, and graduated with a drivers license (for pedal cars!)  This may be going down as one of her best weeks of the summer! :)
