Bryn's team spirit!

Franklin boys basketball played their first round in tournament last night so Kyle and Bryn went along to watch the game!  Bryn came home from school telling me she needed a stick...and then showed me the sign she made.  I told her she needed to add an "N" to Fraklin, and later I noticed she added it in the wrong place :)  Her stick that she added was a red straw and according to her daddy, she sported her sign proudly during the game.  

Adelyn is star of the week!

Adelyn came home with a panther paw tote and inside were her instructions:

1) write about her favorites

2) include a picture of her family

In case you were wondering what the blue scribbles were in the sky (I had to ask!), our weather girl said you can't have a rainbow without sun and rain, so the blue is rain :)

Another lost tooth...

Adelyn would wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, but was too cautious for me to pull it out...so finally on Monday, when the tooth was laying sideways, she allowed me to pull it out.  Now, she is sharing with anyone who will listen that "she lost a tooth on President's day"

Happy Valentine's Day!

Well....I'm not sure who had more fun, the entertainer "Grandma" or the entertainee "Adelyn"...but regardless the Valentine's day party was a blast for Mrs. Smith's Kindergarten class.  Adelyn was excited about this party the ENTIRE week.  We were in charge of providing snacks, and chocolate queen Miss Adelyn sure made a yummy batch of homemade brownies.  You can tell she liked them by the looks of her face :)
